The kitchens are equipped with German appliances and there is a two-car garage for each villa. The premium residences are located around a 328-ft long lagoon. Residents have access to luxurious amenities such as a temperature controlled lazy river, clubhouse with entertainment, community centre, and more. A safe playground is provided for children and a school will be built nearby.
