In Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers also referred to as JLT, is a popular mixed-use residential community. It is a project of the Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC) and is surrounded by four artificial lakes and a parkland area. JLT has developed into an ideal residential district for families and individuals who desire to live close to the busy Dubai Marina because of its laid-back community atmosphere and variety of amenities.

JLT is a stand-alone community with 26 clusters, each of which is named after a letter of the English alphabet, from A to Z. There are apartments, office, retail, and hotel buildings in each cluster. Jumeirah Lake Towers consists of studios, one to four-bedroom apartments and three to four- bedroom penthouses. The road that runs between First Al Khail Street and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) in JLT roughly divides these high-rise clusters in half.

There are many public amenities in the area, including grocery stores, schools, and dining establishments. Its location next to Sheikh Zayed Road and two nearby metro stations make traveling to nearby areas simple.
