Highlights
One of the key advantages of the spacious residences is the opportunity to partially convert your living area into something else you need. For instance, the basement floor in Luna mansions can be transformed into a library, a spa or a cinema, whilst the second floor can be repurposed as a gym, a rooftop lounge or an office. The guest suite in Ara and Ayla can be used either as a study or a junior suite with a family lounge.
Among amenities onsite there will be parks and a swimming pool with panoramic views. Not forgetting a sandy beach, where one can just relax and enjoy the sun or go for adrenaline-filled water activities.
Project Details
Serenity Mansions is a limited collection of ultra-opulent 6 and 7-bedroom residences by Majid Al Futtaim in Tilal Al Ghaf. There are 3 types of residences available, including Ara, Luna, and Ayla, with a total size of 11,700 sq. ft–12,720 sq. ft. A team of world leading experts has been assembled to design Serenity Mansions, including Nabil Gholam, Blink and desert INK. In September 2023, the master developer released a limited collection of waterfront Fay MOMA villas. The interior design of these residences is inspired by the Museum of Modern Art.
Each beautifully crafted property in Serenity Mansions will comprise 3 floors plus a sky suite or a penthouse, depending on the selected unit. You will be able to choose from an array of different options for layouts and floor plans to best customise your mansion.
Luna has Gaia and Atlas interior options, whilst Ayla and Ara feature Artist’s House and Writer’s House design schemes. The palatial properties will have a lift, several staff rooms, a swimming pool, a show kitchen, a formal living room and more.
