Arjan is a mixed-use development situated at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road, directly facing the former. It is situated around the north of Dubai’s geographic center.
The location has excellent access to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Roads, one of Al Ain’s key thoroughfares, and provides convenient access to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain. Furthermore, Sheikh Zayed Road can be reached directly from Umm Sequeim Road, which is close by. In summary, it has strong current and future connections both within Dubai and with other Emirates.
The Arjan site setting is located inside the larger Dubailand framework. It is placed at the upper end of the entertainment complex and functions as a gateway development alongside Majan and Liwan.
Arjan is encircled by expansive developments related to housing, business, leisure, and hospitality. Majan and Liwan are included in the surrounding development under the Dubailand Framework, as was previously mentioned. Arjan needs to be competitive in the face of landmark projects in Dubailand.
