Dubailand
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road leads to a large area called Dubailand, which is rapidly growing in popularity as one of Dubai’s most desirable neighborhoods. The 107-square-mile concept is divided into 26 development projects that house 50 tourism attractions. The themed areas of Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City, Falcon City of Wonders, and Golf City are the biggest residential complexes.
The most sought-after districts are Al Barari, Dubai Sports City, Motor City, Mira, Remraam, Mudon, and The Villas. Apart from being a popular tourist destination, Dubailand is also highly regarded by both residents and visitors because, unlike more affluent areas such as Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, it offers freehold properties at affordable rentals.
The community’s comparatively low traffic levels, and accessibility to schools, sports, entertainment, shopping, and cultural centers make it an excellent family destination. Those who enjoy staying physically fit and in good form can make use of the community’s on-site gyms, swimming pools, and wellness centers. The neighborhood will soon be home to the city’s largest public park, which will be 350 acres in size and comparable in size to London’s Hyde Park.
