The master plan for Danube Breez presents a thoughtfully integrated residential concept, which harmonises modern architectural vernacular with a resort-like lifestyle. The project contains two residential towers centred around a leisure podium with landscaped gardens, wellness areas, recreational spaces, and informal areas that connect the community. The residential units were designed to optimise views, privacy and natural light; the amenity areas were uniquely conceived with amenity in rooftop terraces, podium levels and convivial clusters of open-air courtyards. Occupants can traverse the various lifestyle areas, including pools, lounge areas, and fitness areas, with directional trails to orient occupants to the various functions and flow through the community. The project represents an original and location-defining element and character to the urban concept of Dubai Maritime City, whereby the organisation of living near the water mixes the serenity of water-related living, combined with the connectivity and access of the urban condition, to create a vibrant, self-sustainable living community.
